What we use

Our website and client portal use only strictly necessary cookies:

• A session cookie that keeps you signed in to the client portal or staff console. It is encrypted, marked HttpOnly and Secure, and expires when your session ends.
• A language cookie that remembers the language you choose.

We do not use advertising, tracking or third-party analytics cookies. Because these cookies are strictly necessary to provide the service you request, they are exempt from the consent requirement in regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.

Managing cookies

You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the portal will not work without the session cookie.
